  4. Set Up DNS: Log in to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy or Namecheap) and change the CNAME record of your domain to your database URL (e.g., yourcompany.odoo.com).

  2. Go to Website Settings and under Communication or Security, make sure to check Enable Anti-Spam Recaptcha. To enable spam protection on your contact forms, please tick the box; it automatically limits the number of spam attempts submitted by your contacts.

  3. Restrict Page Access: If you wish to restrict access to your pages, go to your website's frontend, click Edit, and then go to the page's Properties tab and set the visibility for the page to limit access to specific internal user groups or portal users.

Performance and CDN Configuration

Language and Translation Settings 

Establish your website to be dynamic, to assist and show various languages.

  1. Website settings – Languages – Install Languages: Here, you can select and download the regions that you are interested in.

  2. Set the Default: You will select your main language from the dropdown menu and any additional languages you wish users to have available.

  3. Find any Page on the front page and choose your secondary language in the footer, then click “Translate” in the top right corner of the page and edit the translation in the inline editor, which intelligently updates the text on the page.
